Indira Gandhi National Old Age Pension Scheme (IGNOAPS): Under the scheme, BPL persons aged 60 years or above are entitled to a monthly pension of Rs. 200/- up to 79 years of age and Rs.500/- thereafter.

1:- FOR OLD AGE PENSION.
محکمہ سماجی بہبود کی طرف سے چلائی جا رہی پنشن سکیموں کی تفصیل محکمہ کی جانب سے دو اسکیموں کے تحت پنشن فراہم کی جارہی ہے۔
a) انٹیگریٹڈ سوشل سیکیورٹی اسکیم (ISSS) ب) قومی سماجی امداد پروگرام (NSAP) انٹیگریٹڈ سوشل سیکورٹی سکیم (ISSS):- اس اسکیم کو جموں و کشمیر حکومت نے ۱۹۹۱ء میں شروع کیا تھا۔ سال 1995 جس کا مقصد بڑھاپے، بے سہارا، بیوہ، کو مالی امداد فراہم کرنا ہے۔ طلاق یافتہ اور معذور افراد ان مستفیدین کو جو نیچے رہ رہے ہیں۔ غربت کی لکیر اور جن کے پاس اس کے اپنے ذریعہ سے بہت کم وسائل ہیں۔ آمدنی یا خاندان کے رکن یا دیگر ذرائع سے مالی مدد کے ذریعے۔ اس اسکیم کے آغاز کے وقت امداد کی ماہانہ شرح روپے تھی۔ 200/- p.m. اور وقت گزرنے کے ساتھ ساتھ مذکورہ امداد میں اضافہ کیا گیا۔ وقتاً فوقتاً اور فی الحال مذکورہ امداد Rs. 1000/- p.m. مرد کی صورت میں 60 سال سے اوپر کی عمر تک اور خواتین کی صورت میں 55 سال تک، 40 سال سے زیادہ عمر کی بیوہ/ طلاق یافتہ اور 40 فیصد سے زیادہ معذور افراد معذوری
A:-Domicile Certificate.
B:- Proof of Residence ( voter Card/Electricity Bill/aaadhar Card/
C: Proof of Age ( Date of Birth Certificate issyed by School last attended or Muncipal authority or SHO or through Medical Board.
D:- AAy/PHH ration card
E:- Aadhar Card.
F:- First page of Bank Pass Bok for bank account which is adhar attested,
G:- Affidavit duly attested by judical Magistrate 1st Class to the effect of that She/he is not in receipt of any pension/financial assistance from any other source.
Disability Pension
A:-Domicile Certificate.
B:- Proof of Residence ( voter Card/Electricity Bill/aaadhar Card)
C: Disability certificate (40% and above )& UDID card
D:- NPHH/ AAy/PHH ration card
E:- Aadhar Card.
F:- First page of Bank Pass Bok for bank account which is adhar attested,
G:- Affidavit duly attested by judical Magistrate 1st Class to the effect of that She/he is not in receipt of any pension/financial assistance from any other source.
WIDOW PENSION
A:-Domicile Certificate.
B:- Proof of Residence ( voter Card/Electricity Bill/aaadhar Card/
C: Proof of Age ( Date of Birth Certificate issyed by School last attended or Muncipal authority or SHO or through Medical Board.
D:-Death certificate of the husband in case of widow.
E:- Aadhar Card.
F:- First page of Bank Pass Bok for bank account which is adhar attested,
G:- Affidavit duly attested by judical Magistrate 1st Class to the effect of that She/he is not in receipt of any pension/financial assistance from any other source.
H:- Non-Mirrage certificate by any Gazetted Officier.
I:- AAy/PHH ration Card.
Transgender Pension.
A:-Domicile Certificate.
B:- Proof of Residence ( voter Card/Electricity Bill/aaadhar Card/
C: Proof of Age ( Date of Birth Certificate issyed by School last attended or Muncipal authority or SHO or through Medical Board.
D:- NPHH? AAy/PHH ration card
E:- Aadhar Card.
F:- First page of Bank Pass Bok for bank account which is adhar attested,
G:- Affidavit duly attested by judical Magistrate 1st Class to the effect of that She/he is not in receipt of any pension/financial assistance from any other source.
H:- Certificate of identy as as transgender person from District Magistrate ( section 5 of the Transgender Person)
